At The Elegant Touch our pledge to you is that your special day, becomes our special day. We only book a limited number of events, therefore allowing us to focus 100% on your special event. This assures us of being able attend to your every need and concern. We have been serving Wisconsin for over 17 years providing services to special events.We show you an example of what you will be having at your event BEFORE the day so it allows you the opportunity to do the final changes to make it into your PERFECT event. There is no middle man with The Elegant Touch you work directly with the staff assisting and setting up your event. Your first consultation we meet and go over what you are interested in and things you have always wanted for your special day. If you choose to book our services, we require a deposit of $100 to hold your date-which is applied to your balance.The next step is to have a meeting at your reception to see everything put together so you can make any desired changes.

What We Offer
The lowest priced chair covers in Southeastern Wisconsin, along with the largest color selection of satin & organza sashes. All our prices include delivery, setup, & clean up. We work directly with our linen manufacturers to ensure we are the first business in the area to stock all the latest fabrics & colors that become available for our tablecloths,overlays & sashes. All our linens are owned & stored at our studio in Cedarburg. We never have to rent linens from a third party, this eliminates all middle man problems or price mark ups allowing us to pass the savings on to our clients.

Flower quote can be changed from fresh, silk, or Real Touch and there is a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold this portion of the invoice. No changes 10 days before the event going down in the count and at least 48 hours notice of going up in the count or there will be a $50 fee if less than 48 hours. There will be an additional charge per item for any torn, severely stained, broken , or missing rental items. This charge will be based on the replacement cost of the damaged items. Also there is a $39.00 service charge for any returned check. There is a$30.00 late payment charge assessed for any final payment made less than 7 days before the event. The Elegant Touch will not provide services for any event if there is an outstanding balance unpaid before time of set up. Wedding invitations must be paid in full upon delivery-you will receive 22% off the listed price not including shipping, ink, or proofs. All delivery, set up, and clean up are included in the price for any order over $300, under $300 will be accessed a $50 fee. There is a one time fuel surcharge of $25-$40 depending on the location of your event. The Elegant Touch will directly contact your ceremony and reception facility to coordinate all set up and clean up times we include 1 set up and 1 clean up for each event if there are additional trips needed there is a delivery charge of $50.00. All labor costs will be billed at $60.00 per hour per employee. • $100 down to hold your date. The booking fee is non-refundable, but is applied towards your balance • 25% of your current invoice balance is due and payable at the time of your second consultation or 120 days before your event whichever comes first. Once this payment term has become met the 25 % becomes non-refundable. • 50% of current invoice is due and payable at 90 days before your event date. At this time 50% of your current invoice becomes non-refundable. • 75% of your balance is due and payable at 30 days before the event. At this time 75% of your current invoice becomes non-refundable • Final payment and final guest count including head table is due 10 days before the event date. There will be no refunds given for any changes made less than 10 days before the event
